-Please be on time to your Appointment, if you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will need to reschedule.
-No extra guest are allowed in the treatment room.
-You will need to be let in the building in order to come in because the door is locked at all times so please let me know when you have arrived so I can let you in. If you so happen to get in by someone else please wait until I come and get you or say it’s ok for you to come in the suite because I maybe servicing someone at the moment.
-If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance or there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of your service cost.
-No call no shows will be charged 100% service cost.
- Make sure all contact info is correct when booking.
- New clients must arrive 10mins early to fill out consent form.
-PLEASE NOTE: If the card on file declines, UGE will reattempt to charge the form of payment on file for up to 120 days after date of scheduled appointment.
-Mask are required to enter the building and once you arrive you will be asked to wash your hands before your service starts.
Clients are expected to respect their appointment time as we will do the same, please remember there are other appointments after yours so if you show up late that will effect the next persons appointment tprime so please be mindful when booking.
Clients are expected to stay consistent with their skin care regimen, if you start on a peel/ facial series it is your responsibility to purchase the recommended products to help maintain the work put in at your appointments and keep up with your treatments as recommended.
Deposits are required for each appointment and will not be refunded or transferred to another appointment time. Deposits are 50% of the service cost and they are only to secure your original appointment day& time and goes towards the service cost. The remaining balance of the service cost will be due at your appointment.
